CANCELLATIONS & MAKE-UPS
If a cancellation occurs due to uncontrollable conditions
(blizzards, exceptional cold, etc.) all bus parents
will be notified. Meeting in Vail students should call High
Rockies to determine if classes will be held.
SINCE HIGH ROCKIES’ SEASON IS PREPLANNED, AN
INDIVIDUAL STUDENT’S ABSENCE OR ABSENCES CANNOT
BE MADE UP.
TUITION
**WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS**
YOUR TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER
DECEMBER 1ST.
High Rockies tuition includes:
- bus transportation – if required
- adult supervision
- all-day instructions
Balance is due by November 15th.
Your $200.00 deposit PER CHILD will be refunded, less a
$100.00 service charge, if cancellations are received
by December 1st.
An interest-free payment plan is available upon request.
If you have multiple children in the program and one
drops out after Dec. 1st, only half of the refund will be
applied to another child.
