To enroll in the 2013 High Rockies Ski Club program:

2. Print the form, complete and sign

3. Mail the signed form and enrollment deposit ($200 per child) or full tuition to:

Note that the enrollment form incorrectly indicates that in week two, the ski day is on a Sunday. This Sunday ski day is in week three on January 20, 2013.
